Our Story
The 513 came to life when three Fox Valley friends, with backgrounds in finance, engineering, and real estate, joined forces to purchase and renovate a beautiful building. With the help of two industry professionals, who specialized in live event promotion, production, and guest management, the dream of creating unforgettable events became a reality.
